At iWashCars, we strive to provide the best mobile car wash services to enhance your driving experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that you are happy with every service you receive.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our mobile car wash service, please notify us within 24 hours of your car wash. We will arrange for a complimentary touch-up to address any concerns. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund you the amount you paid us for the car wash.

If you need to reschedule

If you need to reschedule a car wash service, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Weather conditions

If bad weather (e.g., heavy rain) prevents us from providing the service, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
